Can I do reformer pilates if i have never done before? Can i do reformer pilates if i am not in shape?

Yes you can do reformer even if you have never done before. Our unique teaching methods are able to accomodate everyone, from begginers to more advanced, as we start with simple exercises and progress to more difficult ones giving the option to stay on the easier or harder version.
Yes, you can do pilates if you are not in shape. Pilates is meant to help you to get in shape without feeling like you are in a competition or that you are not strong enough, pilates is to support one another to build strength, flexibility and balance in a fun and friendly environment.

Can reformer pilates help athletes? I am already fit, would i benefit from taking a class?

Yes, pilates it is beneficial to atlhetes, golfers, footballers, dancers, runners, triathletes, tennis players and others. We are currently training triatlhetes and dancers on our studio. The overall benefits to people with high fitness level, it is a much stronger core and a more flexible body.

What is the difference between classes on the reformer and the Mat Pilates classes?

The difference is using the pilates gym equipment it will help you to support your back while you exercise and will also intensify the exercises as more resistance can be added to it. Imagine pilates with resistance training.

Do you do Mat pilates classes? What do i need for my virtual pilates classes?

Yes. Our Mat pilates is online only, and will allow you to stay in the comfort of your own home while strengthening your body.
You will need a pilates magic circle, a softball (pilates ball), resistance bands and any additional free weights that can be added if you would like.

How many times should i do pilates each week?

The ideal frequency to any any exercise it is 3 times a week. But it will also depend on what you would like to achieve from your pilates classes. We know time, finances and stress levels play a part on how frequent people can do reformer classes. Do what is best for you.

How long will take me to see changes in my body while practicing pilates?

It depends on the body and the intensity, frequency you would like to work on your classes. We had clientes experincing changes in their bodies within 1 month, others a little bit longer. By the words of Joseph Pilates 10 sessinos would make you feel different 20 sessions you would see the difference and within 30 sessions you would have a new body.

Can i cancel my class at anytime?

The answer is no. As a professional studio, our teachers reserve the time and keep it available for each client. After 12 hours of your scheduled session, if you decide to drop out, you may have taken someone else’s seat, and you will not receive credit for that class.

Can i get a six pack abs doing reformer pilates?

Reformer pilates can offer much more than that, it creates a balanced full body toning and strenghtening your shoulders, back, hips and core. You will feel your abdmonial muscles stronger and feel your waist cinched.

Can i still do a class if i have an injury?

In case of an injury, please consult a doctor for medical clearance. In case you are allowed to exercise, we would suggest clientes with injuries to start with personal training at our studio. Once you have done your inicial private pilates sessions the trainer will direct you to group classes so you can enjoy all the fun, without making your injury worse.

Do you offer personal training? Why people choose private sessions ?

Yes, we offer personal training. Whether you prefer to have a workout that is exclusive to your needs and you prefer training by yourself this is a good reason for it. The other reason is rehabilitation trainig, for people that are recovering from na injury, surgery or have been suffering with chronic pain (back pain, neck pain or shoulder pain. We will be able to work around your pain and still have the benefits of exercising and engaging very specific muscles that will correct your posture and help to reduce pain in some pathologies.

How do i prepare for my first class? Can i book a class and pay at the studio?

You must book your class via our website. You should arrive 5 minutes early, this will allow you enough time to familiriased with the machine and resistance. Gym atire is mandatory and the use of grippy socks (pilates/yoga socks) for health and safety reasons. In case you are not prepared, we sell them for £5 each. Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings without credits on your account.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not provided if services or classes of a block have already been used or out of date. An administration fee of £50 is applicable.

Can I have my package extended?

The answer is YES! Any package extension could be granted after £50 fee payment and limit of 1 month expiration.
